BACKORDERS
For backorders, you will be notified via e-mail when backorders come in.  There will not be a shipping charge on backorders and you will have the option of adding new items to the backorders if you so desire.  Backorders must be confirmed within 7-days to be filled.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted in original condition as sold within 7-days of receipt.  Please specify exchange, credit, or refund.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt, all orders should be inspected immediately.  Any problems must be reported via e-mail within 24-hours of receiving your shipment to justbeaditstaff@comcast.net.
